We keep this short and plain. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, why, where it's stored, and how to ask us to delete it.
When you submit the quote form or message us, we collect the details you choose to share: your email (required), and optionally your name, phone number, the product and quantity you're after, your message, and any artwork file you upload.
Only to respond to your request, to prepare a quote, and to discuss your order. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your submission is stored securely with our hosting provider (Supabase) in a Canadian data region. Uploaded files are kept in a private storage bucket that only we can access.
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold or to delete it. Just email ezprint108@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
